Every Sheep & Sleep piece is delivered with white glove service throughout Florida: our team brings it in, installs it in your bedroom and removes the packaging. Production is 28 days, made to order in our own Florida atelier; delivery time then depends on your location. Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Order changes are accepted within 48 hours of confirmation; after production starts, custom pieces are final.
White glove delivery
Statewide delivery and installation by our own team. We place the piece, level it and take every box away. You never lift a screwdriver.
1-year warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in structure, foam and workmanship. If something is wrong on our end, we fix it, period.
Made to order, honestly
Your piece is built for you: fabric, color and measurements. Changes within 48 hours of confirmation; after that, production begins and custom pieces are final sale.
28-day production
Real crafting time, confirmed at closing. We keep you posted and schedule delivery when the piece is ready — transit depends on your location.
Wiring-ready
Headboards arrive with cut-outs for outlets, switches and LED exactly where you need them, ready for your electrician.

Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes. Every piece is delivered by our own team with white glove service throughout Florida: we bring it in, install it in your bedroom, level it and remove all packaging. You never assemble anything.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order in our Florida atelier in 28 days of production. Once your piece is ready, we schedule a delivery window that works for you — total time to your door depends on your location.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering structure, foam and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, accidents, or damage from humidity such as mold and mildew.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every piece is made to order in your fabric, color and measurements, changes and cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation. After production begins, custom pieces cannot be returned, which is standard for made-to-order furniture. If anything arrives with a defect, the warranty covers it and we make it right.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver and install throughout the state of Florida, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Tampa and everywhere in between.
